Element Land Surveys Opens Canmore Branch Office

Element Land Surveys now has a branch office located in the beautiful town of Canmore, AB. 

We are pleased to be a part of this growing community, and to provide legal land survey services to the Bow Valley Region.  

Our office is located at 202, 1080 Railway Ave.  We are open every Wednesday from 9-3:30 for drop-in, or you can book an appointment outside of these times by calling 403-286-7937 or send an email to [email protected].  

We are excited to engage as an active member of the Canmore & Bow Valley Community by recently joining BOWDA (Bow Valley Development Association), and look forward to working with you on exciting projects and construction builds in the coming years.

The Importance of an RPR (Real Property Report)

In a recent CBC report, you can really identify the need for a Real Property Report (RPR).

An RPR can show you where the property boundary is as described in your Certificate of Title, identify all "improvements" that exist on the property, and protect the purchasor by identifying any issues or encroachments that may exist either onto or from the subject parcel and the adjacent properties (includign City or Municipality property).   

This is really great information and supports how the investment in an RPR can really save the potential for a huge loss.

Congratulations to Lee Wang, Alberta Land Surveyor number 994

It is our pleasure to congratulate Mr. Xianglei (Lee) Wang on his achievement of obtaining his commission as Alberta Land Surveyor number 994 on the 7th of April, 2017.  Lee has worked very hard, and we at Element Land Surveys Inc. are so very proud of his accomplishment.  Lee was presented his commission certificate by current ALSA president Mr. Fred Cheng, ALS at the recent 108th annual general meeting of the Alberta Land Surveyors Association on the 20th of April, 2017.  Way to go LEE!!
